Our Policy

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days, excluding processing and QC. Please note that we are not liable for transit delays caused by customs or carrier issues.

Carriers & Tracking

We utilize FedEx, DHL, or EMS for secure, trackable delivery. To maximize safety, orders are typically routed via Hong Kong. Initial DHL numbers are internal; official tracking updates once the parcel departs from Hong Kong.

Customs & Transshipment

Parcels are declared as low-value gifts, though local duties remain the recipient's responsibility. For strict regions (DE, FR, IT, etc.), our $25 UK Transshipment service is highly recommended to ensure 100% secure delivery.

Delivery Discrepancies

Any defects must be reported within 48 hours. If the package arrives damaged or empty, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Acceptance is deemed as satisfaction with the order condition.

Risk & Warranty

If a parcel is seized, provide a scan of the customs letter for reshipment assistance. For verified transit loss, we offer a 50% discount on reshipment as a resolution to minimize your loss.

Warranty Coverage

We provide a 6-month limited warranty on all timepieces. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for repairs. We cover the standard return shipping ($20 value) back to your country; any additional costs for expedited shipping are at the customer's expense.

Water Damage Disclaimer

We are not liable for water damage as we cannot verify the depth or conditions of submersion. Please strictly follow the water resistance guidelines for each model; water damage is excluded from our warranty coverage.

Delivery & Pick-up Responsibility

Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to the recipient's absence or failure to collect from a local depot. If a parcel is returned to us, reshipment can be arranged at the customer's expense.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

Returns for refund must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. Upon inspection (within 24 hours), used items will be rejected. A 25% restocking fee applies to most refunds and will be deducted from the total amount.

Incorrect Item Resolution

In the rare event that an incorrect item is shipped, we will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a free replacement of the correct order as quickly as possible.
